Terms and conditions

Who we are
This site is operated by SiaSol, an engineering company working across Egypt, Saudi Arabia and the Gulf. The registered entity and its commercial register number are being confirmed with counsel and will be named here before these terms are published as final, and nothing in this draft limits a right you hold under the law of your own country.
Use of the site
You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to attempt to break it, to scrape it at a rate that degrades it for anyone else, or to use it to send anything you have no right to send.
The free tools
The assessments on this site are free, and they are indicative. They read what is publicly visible about a page or a business and score it against a fixed list of checks, which means a score is a starting point for a conversation rather than an audit, and it is not advice you should act on alone.
Intellectual property
The content, the branding and the code of this site belong to SiaSol, except where a third-party licence is named. Work we deliver under a signed agreement belongs to the client on the terms of that agreement, and that agreement wins over anything written on this page.
Quotes and proposals
A price on this site is a range, not an offer. A binding number comes only from a written proposal, after a review of your own systems, and it states what is in scope, what is not, and what would change it. A range quoted here does not survive a scope that turns out, on reading, to be a different piece of work from the one the range was written for.
Third-party services
This site links to and depends on services run by other companies, and where it does, their terms apply to their own part of it. We choose them with care, and we do not control them.
Liability
This site is provided as it is. We do not promise that a free tool is error-free or that its score is complete, and we are not liable for a decision taken on a free score alone. Liability for paid work is set in the agreement that governs it, and the cap in that agreement is the cap.
Governing law
The governing law and the forum for a dispute are being set with counsel, and they will be named here. A signed client agreement names its own, and that one governs the work it covers.
Changes to these terms
We update these terms when the service or the law changes, and the date at the top of the page is the date of the version you are reading. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the version published then, so the date is worth a glance.
Contact
Questions about these terms go to info@siasol.ai, and a question about a specific agreement is best sent with its own reference so it reaches the person who wrote it.
