Performance marketing

Paid media run against revenue rather than clicks, which means the tracking gets fixed before the budget goes up. Most accounts we inherit are optimising towards a conversion event that fires on the wrong page, and no amount of bidding fixes that.

Sectors that trust us

What is performance media?

Performance media is buying attention against a number you can defend, which only works if the number is real. A campaign optimising towards a thank-you page view will faithfully buy you thank-you page views, and the account will look excellent while revenue does not move at all.

Why tracking first?
Because every decision after it inherits its errors. We have seen a quarter of spend optimised towards a pixel that fired on page load, so the algorithm learned to buy the cheapest visitor.

Key takeaways

  • Tracking first: every conversion event is verified against your order data before the budget moves.

  • Flat fee: a fixed monthly fee, never a percentage of spend, so cutting budget costs us nothing.

  • Your accounts: ad accounts stay in your name, with your billing, and access you can revoke in a minute.

  • Losses reported: channels that lose money appear in the same report as the ones that worked.

Where budget goes

Where paid budgets leak, and what we fix first.

How budget leaks

  • The conversion event fires on the wrong page.

  • The agency is paid a percentage of the spend.

  • Reports show only the channels that worked.

  • Brand search is counted as new acquisition.

  • Landing pages take four seconds on a page builder.

How we work

  • Events are verified against your own order data.

  • A flat fee, so cutting spend costs us nothing.

  • Every channel appears, including the losing ones.

  • Brand and non-brand are reported separately.

  • Landing pages built in your codebase, and fast.

What we do

What the paid media programme includes.

  • Tracking and measurement audit

Every conversion event reconciled against your own order records, before any new spend is allowed to move.

  • Account rebuild

A structure that matches how you actually sell, not what the platform wizard suggested.

  • Creative testing

A fixed test plan with a stated sample size, and the losers published beside the winners.

  • Landing pages

Built in your own codebase so they load fast, measure cleanly and stay yours afterwards.

  • Monthly report

All channels on one page, brand search split out, and losses shown with their numbers.

AI agents · on the account

Agents watch the spend every day; a named person moves it.

A model reads every account daily against your own order data, not the platform’s. It flags a campaign whose cost per real order has drifted, drafts the budget move and its reason, then waits.

  • Orders, not platform events — the agent judges every campaign against revenue you have actually booked.

  • Proposes, never spends — every budget move is a written proposal a named person approves or declines.

How it works · our method

The SiaSol five-phase method, applied to this service.

  1. 01

    Discover

Most technology projects fail long before the first line of code — they fail at the question.

  2. 02

    Diagnose

Every slow process has an owner and a cost.

  3. 03

    Design

Architecture is a set of decisions you live with.

  4. 04

    Deliver

Software not in production is just cost.

  5. 05

    Evolve

The handover is the point, not the end.

Cost & engagement

Performance media: what management costs, and how we engage

A flat monthly fee for management, separate from the media spend, which you pay the platforms directly from your own accounts. The tracking audit is quoted on its own, and several clients have taken only that.

  • Fixed · two weeks

    Tracking audit

What your conversion events actually record, reconciled line by line against your own orders.

  • Fixed · four to six weeks

    Account rebuild

Account structure, a fixed creative test plan and landing pages built in your own repository.

  • Monthly · flat fee

    Management

Running every channel month to month and reporting all of them honestly, losses included.

FAQ

What to ask about Performance marketing.

01Do you charge a percentage of spend?

No, a flat monthly fee. A percentage pays an agency more for spending more, which is exactly the wrong incentive when the honest recommendation is sometimes to spend less, and it makes every budget conversation suspect.

02Who owns the ad accounts?

You do, in your name, with your own billing, and we work inside them with access you can revoke in a minute. An agency holding the account is how a relationship ends with your history locked somewhere you cannot reach.

03What is the minimum spend?

Below roughly fifteen thousand a month the management fee is a large share of the total and you would be better off running it in-house with our audit as the starting point. We will tell you that in the first call.

04How soon will we see results?

The first month is mostly measurement and account rebuild, so judge it from month two. Anybody promising a lower cost per acquisition in week one has not looked at your tracking yet and is quoting a number they invented.

05Will you report channels that lost money?

Yes, by name and with the numbers, in the same report as the ones that worked. A report that shows only the winners trains everyone to stop reading reports, and it hides exactly the decisions worth making.

06Do you build the landing pages?

Yes, in your own codebase rather than a page builder, so they are fast, measurable and still yours when the engagement ends. A builder page that loads in four seconds quietly undoes a lot of careful bidding.

07What if the audit says to stop spending?

Then it says so and we say so, which has happened twice. Because the fee is flat and not a share of spend, recommending a smaller budget costs us nothing, and it is the clearest demonstration of why we charge that way.
